Danka Klein
Executive Director

Danka started working at the Foundation in 2011. She earned her Bachelor and Master Degree in Strategic Business Management from the Comenius University (Bratislava, Slovakia). As the Foundation’s Executive Director Danka works with donors, non-profit organizations, community volunteers and civic leaders to build a legacy that will benefit our community for decades to come. She oversees all the aspects of the Foundation’s operations. 

Maureen Feltz
Program Officer

Maureen started at the Union County Foundation in Spring of 2020. She is a graduate from Union County High School and went on to attend Miami University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit and Community Studies. Maureen manages and develops all activities for grantmaking and scholarship programs, executes the Foundation’s marketing and communication activities and helps facilitate community leadership development in Union County.

Geri Murray
Donor Relations

Geri joined Union County Foundation in May 2012. Her daily work includes record-keeping in the community-foundation-specific software, FIMS. Fund-holder and donor stewardship and communication, along with gift entry, generating thank-you letters, and handling accounts payable are daily tasks. Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program, annual fund solicitation and the annual report round out her responsibilities.
